Policies

Appointment & Cancellation policy

All appointments are to be booked 12+ hours in advance.

It is best practice to book with sufficient notice. Please call us if you need assistance booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling appointments require 24+ hours notice. In the event of a cancellation your appointment can be rescheduled to a more accommodating date/time not to exceed 30 days. Failure to provide proper notice will result in complete forfeiture of your nonrefundable deposit. 

 

Appointments can only be rescheduled once.

Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will result in a $20 late fee.

Late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will be cancelled with forfeiture of your nonrefundable deposit.

 

No Call No Show Appointments will be charged in full and are subject to a No Call Fee equal to the rate of the abandoned service. This fee must be paid in full before booking rights will be reinstated.

Refund Policy

All product, service, gift certificate, subscription, & membership sales are final and are nonrefundable. Artist initiated cancellations are the exception to refunds.

Salon Etiquette

There is a strict NO Entourage/Children Policy. Individuals not being serviced at the time of arrival may be asked to wait outside.

Please arrive at your designated appointment time. Early arrivals may be asked to wait outside.

Due to COVID-19 Mask are required to enter the facility. 

Lastly, we have worked especially hard to create a beautiful, clean, & comfortable environment to provide your service in. Please assist us by being courteous of others, sanitizing, & practicing tidy habits.
